i ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. the location was unbeatable - easy walk to everywhere i wanted to go. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was terrific.

Extensive breakfast with a lot of great food. Huge, modern room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. Magnificent, amazing location near to the restaurant and bar, nice for work, and easy to get around, helpful staff.

Room air-conditioning inefficiencies. Limited storage space in the room was inadequate for our belongings, leaving us a bit cramped!!!

In my wife's opinion, a better bathroom mirror height would help families. It was too high for my teen to use comfortably.

Wi-Fi struggles on the 7th floor limited any chance of online productivity. Connecting was fine but loading pages took forever. The bathroom setup leaves something to be desired, with a shower that's too cramped. Plus, the toilet's height isn't exactly comfortable for all. Windows barely opening adds to the stuffiness, and while there's a full-length mirror, a smaller one at the table would make getting ready less of a challenge. Fresh berries at breakfast would've been a treat instead of previously frozen ones.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern flair. It's accessible, and I appreciate how close it is to the metro with easy transport to the heart of Amsterdam.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Room. The staff was friendly and made the check-in smooth. The subway station was just a two-minute walk away. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the pizza was a great late-night treat 🍕
